A Word from the Author:

“I created this prayer journal with the hopes of providing an outlet for teenagers and young adults to explore various forms of expressions through art, all the while learning the significance of communicating and building a relationship with God. At the age of 15, I created Charity “The Mime,“ a character that was not verbally vocal, but screamed in creativity. At home, as the middle child I felt my voice was insignificant. My concerns, ideas or thoughts did not matter. This mime character was birthed as a voice to speak for me. I pray that as each teen and young adult that feels unheard, ignored, or discouraged to speak, will experience an art form that will scream for them and learn that God hears every part of us, even our creativity.“
